My complaint:
I am my 3 years old daughter’s primary care taker
I was getting paid when she lived. My daughter died 05082020, We have a little over 2 thousand On the direct express card When she died. Now direct express won’t pay me even though o owe most of that money back to social security administration. They saying they want a will, what kind of 3 year old has a will? Is frustrating dealing with the death of my Beautiful baby, then to top it off with this . Is just ridicules.
Suggested solution:
Give us our money so I can pay back to the social security administration.
