My complaint:
There’s money been taken from my account since April 2020 to July 2020 1,492.22. I have been calling direct Express to have the phone hung up on me and no never answered. I live on a fixed income and to have it taken by thief’s I should not have to suffer a loss like this.
Suggested solution:
I feel that direct Express is responsible for my money being refunded to me. Syracuse police also stated all these charges were out of state none of them in the City of Syracuse.
