My complaint:
My Mom passed away on 8192020. Immediately upon her death these thieves at Direct Express froze the funds and despite sending them information over the past 3 months we have still not received the funds!!! This is unacceptable. THEY ARE THIEVES!!!! I need them to release the the funds. I had to pay my own money to bury my mother and I need these funds to settle her estate!!!
Suggested solution:
They need to release the funds and send my mother's funds that were in her account at the time of her death! THIEVES!!!
