My complaint:

I filed a dispute and sent evidence of my claim over in june they continue to close my case out. when i wanted to call in they froze my account for security reasons unnecessarily. The workers are very angry and unable to assist.

They never sent paper work over for me to respond with my evidence then eventually close my case out.
