My complaint:
My brother who was in a hospitalnursing home and has since deceased was issued a new direct express debit card in January 2020. It was never activated. Since he was not able to activate, I was trying to find out what the balance was on the card and have that go towards his expenses and now burial. I have called the advocacy group 313-222-3435, direct express 888-741-1115 with no results since January 2020. Advocacy Group said someone would call back, escalated to management and still nothing. Card should have substantial amount of money on it.
Suggested solution:
Provide activity on the Debit Card and current balance.
