My complaint:
I’ve been calling everyday for the past two weeks to update my new address information I sent my ID Info to the email they provided me and I just got of the phone with direct espy express after a one hour wait simply to get a new email to resend my ID again I asked to speak to a supervisor and they declined I asked for his name lady name and or ID badge he said he can’t give me that Info and said if I had other questions I said yes then he hung up on me.
Suggested solution:
By simply sending me my new direct express card to my new address and stop being so rude and giving me the run around
