My complaint:
I’ve had this DirectExpress card for almost a month and still haven’t been able to get money from it. I made a mistake and discarded the pin number I’ve called the number on the back of the card over 20 times I don’t know why it’s call customer service there’s no human being I need a pin number to withdrawal the funds on my card I’ve never experience such terrible customer service can’t even get a hold a real person. I need a pin number.

Somebody do their job!! ANYBODY!
