My complaint:

all of the numbers go back to the card info they ask you 6 times to re enter your information then they say youve reached your limit on calling i had 4 diffrent people call on diffrent phones and get the same response sorry you number didnt go through all the info on the web page does the same thing

Suggested solution:

they need to start responding to people instead of an automated service or contact people to resolve there problems
