My complaint:
They won’t answer the phone to verify my documents to take my card off supensuon been on hold over four hours four times Everytime after an hour they just hang upneed my benefits to eat haven’t had any money for two weeks
Suggested solution:
It's just common decency to help a 61 year old disabled get his benefits there unprofessional actions are amazing no help whatsoever after they suspend my card for who knows what
