My complaint:
I have no access to my account and my repeated calls to their customer service resulted in no action on their part. This is the second time this has occurred resulting in my monthly bills becoming past due effective tomorrow morning. This is totally unacceptable.
Suggested solution:
Immediate access to my account using my card is essential. Releasing the hold they have on it or returning my call is absolutely necessary. I have made repeated calls to both numbers Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and today. No one has called me yet. My bills become past due because I haven\'t been able to access my account.
