Direct Express complaint: Have need for my card to be activated

My complaint:

I have called direct express to get my card Activated to only never talk to a representative to activate my card.

For hours without ever being connected with a representative dis have be corrected

Suggested solution:

I need to be able to speak with representative to activate my card
