My complaint:

I absolutely hate this card!!!!! Web site is impossible and complicated!!! Card services online are slow, hard to read and maintain, impossible to do quickly complicated and completely outdated!!!!? Hate hate hate this danm card and hate they’re service and hate website and absolutely hate card member services online complicated hard to navigate, hard to do anything, too small to read, can’t find where it says to locate atm. Rediculous fees min one hour hold time to tt anyone. I can’t believe how aweful this service is considering the market competition! Obviously they have some permanent lifetime contract with the social security administration because they absolutely do not care about the cardholder or current marketplace system services or up to date online resources. I hate this service and I’m switching asap! Finally had enough and I’m done!!!!

Update yet dam services on-line and hire some people to answer your dam phones!!!!!
