My complaint:
This company is supposed to be there so disabled people who receive a social security can get there money safely on a card. I just waited a total of 6 hours to get ahold of somebody through their phone number. The lady named Nancy was so rude and unbelievable. Let me tell you as soon as I can I will end this card and get a new company to put my money on Direct Express is a joke and from what I’m reading screws at tons and tons of people over with unauthorized transactions. This is the worst company I have ever seen!!
Suggested solution:
I have sent you guys proof of identity a few days ago to change my address which you guys finally did and sent the new card and now that I have the card I have to do it again? This company is a joke. Now it's been days since I could access my money all my bills are due this is not right
