My complaint:
Almost 400 was taken off my card without me knowing in September 2019 and I filed a complaint and they never notified me by mail like they said they would and when I called to check on the investigation they told me that I had gave my card to somebody and allowed them to use it so the investigation was closed I was then told I’d be transferred to a different department to dispute the results of the investigation and I set on hold for 2 hours just for them to hang up on me. I lost my home over this incident.
Suggested solution:
Reimburse my money that was drained from my account.
