My complaint:
My brother receives social security disability. His card has been declined. SSA deposited his funds. But he can’t get to his money. Direct Express isn’t taking calls and no luck on the website. What is going on?
Suggested solution:
Let him know why he can’t use his card. They are stealing peoples money
