My complaint:

This is 3rdvtime since August someone has cancelled my card without me knowing… I tried to pay bills and the card was declined .I called yawl and now I have to send ID copy .. pay 1dollar.. I have no debt card to do that NO MONEY how am I going to do that?

Suggested solution:

Please send a new card and please punish who is doing this to me . I need my money for bills to pay utilitys food ECT..
