My complaint:

I have a direct deposit for my veterans disability. I have been in the Philippines for approximately 5 years. Every 6 months I have to redo my white page as they call it. Normally it takes a bit to accomplish but it finally gets done this time they seem to not get it done and I need access to my funds to live on. It cost around 100 to 200 dollars in phone calls this time it is more I don’t know what else I can do to convince them that I am who I say I am I gave them every thing they ask SS address ect.

Suggested solution:

Activate my debit card
