Direct Express complaint: Horrible customer service and thieves

My complaint:

How are you supposed to be civil with a company who is rude they don’t answer there customers who on average its 45 minutes to over that for an answer or they disconnect.
They have denied multiple claims that have been reported saying it was authorized and when you request the fraud report they send you back your own paperwork.

Suggested solution:

Go out of business
