Direct Express complaint: Never received my card that has my ssi ssdi

My complaint:

I changed bank accounts back to direct express in Aug 12 2021 through social security and I have not gotten my card or my benifits.and it’s almost Oct 1.

Suggested solution:

Give my card so I can use my money.
