My complaint:
9321 @ 2:14 a chrg from googlehago for $5.49 was made repeatedly at 2:14 am, 2:15 am as well as a few for $1.99 all within seconds of each other for a total of $86.79. I reported these unauth charges T 6:15 am 9321 and was told that they would send out papers for me to fill and fax back in so I could my money back while they did an investigation. I never received said papers called to inquire about them and were told they mailed out on 9621(labor day) and I was now to late to get them in and now have to wait till Oct. 19 till they find the chrgs legit or not for me to get my money back. I am on a fixed income and every dollar is counted for, I called all week put on hold for 3 hours and get hung up on.
Suggested solution:
They should have returned my funds while doing this investigation due to these are charges are completely not of a norm for me in any way.
