My complaint:

It’s been a month and I still have not received it. The first call I had to update my address so I sent in my ID and social security card they verified they received it I waited for the card nothing showed I called again and acknowledged the address change and charged me 17.00 for a two day delivery again after waiting nothing came I called again this lady Monday the agent told me it would be here in two days again I waited nothing came I called today and now they are saying no address change was done and to send in my ID and so iL again so I e done that let’s see what happens this time now there are two checks. On my card which I have no access to wow so unprofessional

Suggested solution:

Send my card right away and update my file with the correct address
