My complaint:

On October 21 I got ripped off for 3000$. I did all the paperwork and was told that it would be taken care of on December 6th. They told me that I was one who transferred the money to an account in New Jersey. I can’t get the copy of my fraud report. When I got hacked they changed my password and access to the account. I just got back pay from disability and have a tight b
udget. I asked for paperwork from the fraud investigation and haven’t gotten yet.

Suggested solution:

I would like to get reimbursed for the 3000$ that was stolen.
