My complaint:
I called Direct Express to complain about money taken from my account I was told by there people that work that there was a clerical error I ordered a new card and now I can’t get online to talk to anyone and I’ve been trying for days I need my money put back on my account which I was told that that would happen I was transferred to the fraud company but they never answered and now I can’t get through to no one I am highly upset my family is going hungry because of this problem I need this problem resolved immediately
Suggested solution:
Put my almost $500 back on my account so that I can feed my family that was wrongfully taken I never authorized anything taken out my account and the employees of the company know this
