My complaint:

I didn’t realize tht I had got a stimulus check until I discovered in oct of20 when I filed a complaint with direct express thy said it may take up to 90 days to resolve but it’s been well over the 90 day. They first told me and now on 12021 I stil dont. Haven’t money and I have tried calling but thy always put .me on hold and then never answer I have pleaded with them to not put me on hold but thy do it any way so when are u going to refund my money u can reach me thru email at
