My complaint:
Over the past several months I’ve contacted Direct Express and asked them to clear my card to be used through InstaCart. Each time I was told it would take twenty-four hours to do so, yet each time they failed to accomplish this task.
When reaching a supervisor to complain about their performance, I was disconnected on three separate occasions.
I did discover a workaround for this problem but discovered that on January 1, 2021, this workaround no longer works. Now I have no way of ordering my groceries online.
I have already contacted InstaCart and MasterCard concerning this issue, both entities put the onus on Direct Express, saying it was Direct Express that was blocking the transactions.
Suggested solution:
Just fix my card so I can use it with InstaCart.
