My complaint:

On October 24th my purse was stolen. I called to cancel my card and i couldnt get any HELP. $215.09 was stolen from me . They gave me a provisional credit in November. I thought everything was handled. Today they took $215.09 and stated the investigation had conflicting statements and the case was closed so its nothing They can do. The facts are October 24th. I was in an auto accident. While in the ambulance my purse was stolen out my car. The fraudulent transactions were made while i was in the hospital. Plus the entire 10 years i had this card…i only used my personal pin ..they ran it as credit. Plus each merchant they went to have cameras. So the investigator did not do there job and i will be contacting a lawyer and reporting this to
