My complaint:

I called direct express and told them that their was a person calling me stating that my card was in trouble with a creditor . However, when I spoke with the representative at Direct Express she ask me if I wanted to cancel my card I explained to her several times not to cancel my card, but she insisted and cancelled my card and did not send me another one. In addition the other representative stated to me that the supervisor would call me back never received a call back. This happened on January 12 2021.

The representative that i spoke with should be fired she was rude and cancelled my card without consent and refused me of another card.
