My complaint:

On 82021 I filed a claim 1-633537059 in the amount of $140.00 for unauthorized use of my card ending 0070. On 92821 I received a letter from Direct Express stating the transaction were unauthorized and the amount of $140.00 was credited to my account. IT WAS NOT CREDITED At the time I filed the complaint I was told I had to cancel the old card and apply for a new one, which I did.
I have called Direct Express numerous times with the same result, being put on hold for hours at a time with nothing resolved. I want my credit of $140.00 without further delay.
