Complaint: Money was taken off my card and direct express won’t refund my money

My complaint:

On Jan 4th I tried to pay a bill over the phone with my card. When I checked 361.00 dollars was gone off my card. Direct express said it was taken by a cash app and I filed fraud charges with the fraud dept. on Jan 11th I received paper work to fill out and the dollar amount was only 26.00 dollars. This is the second time someone got ahold of my money and I never got it back. And this time the paper work is only for 26.00. This is not fair I don’t know anything or anyone at cash app and I didn’t let someone take my money. Direct express isn’t giving me my money back. And I don’t understand.

Suggested solution:

They need to go after the one that stole my money and they need to give me my money back. I don’t know how many times they took my money off my card because I can’t look at my statement and I call direct express and no one answered the phone and the phone system won’t let you get to someone to talk to. My card was cancelled but that’s it. I want all my moneyback
