My complaint:

Please be advised that January 6th 2021 a charge of $53.06 was made on my Direct Express card. Bite Squad is the entity that appears to have made the charge. I did not make a purchase through Bite Squad nor did I download any app for Bite Squad. Saturday January 9th 2021 I called your office a total of four times and was placed on hold for over an hour and a half. I spoke to multiple representatives at your 888 741-1115 number to have the matter rectified. The express that the conversations are recorded which I invited and was very comfortable with I want this matter to be investigated and I want to be able to file a claim for the money that was taken fraudulently from my account without my permission. Furthermore I want to complain about your customer service Representatives attitudes and lack of professional conduct toward customers. When I listened to your preamble Saturday it expressed that a new card was being sent to my attention within a few days. I expressed that I understood that to one of the last Representatives I spoke to at customer service, and she became very argumentative as if I did not comprehend what was happening with my account with my card. She further implied that I was becoming belligerent in order to de-escalate me when I was not even escalated at all. I simply asked her to repeat back my social security number which I placed in the system before I was connected and after she requested it from me. I calmly and simply asked her to repeat the number back for clarification before she switched me to the next representative that would be able to correct or refund and also resubmit a new card to me. She gave me flippant and very unsatisfactory response to my request. I definitely would like for her to be retrained in customer service protocol.
