Direct Express complaint: Refusing to replace card

My complaint:

I have been robbed. Direct Express charged me $15 for expedited shipping of the new card 3 months ago. I have not received the card and now they suspended my account? I have been verified thru the social security administration to have my account activated and card shipped and they are still refusing to send my card. This is for my disability benefits for my child and they are refusing? Law suit seems logical here.

Suggested solution:

Release my son's card!
