My complaint:

my son has been on disability for seven eight years now direct Express is his pay card prepaid card his card was stolen we file police report over $2,500 a week Santa Ana birth certificate social security card school ID everything and they still will not accept anything and give him his money back or his current money that’s being added to the card they have hung up on us they are being very rude we are at a dead end here we do not know what to do

Suggested solution:

they should accept the birth certificate certified copy the social security card and a school ID stop giving us such a hard time we resolve the dispute of the money that was taken off his card and releases carbon has its on there and be a little nicer
