My complaint:

They told me that there was fraud going on in my account,but they would
not tell me who or where or why.But its going on to the third month.So far they have had me sitting on hold for 2 months .They have had me send my Drivers licence and account and this has been over and over ,again and again.I even Faxed my info.bearly went thru finally did .but they say it didnt . keep in mind . Im 65 yrs.old ,and disabled .
