My complaint:
Have a fraud on my account and cannot login or use my card until I speak to someone in customer service. Called at 12:30 p.m. and stay on hold for 2 hours waiting to speak to someone and never was able to. Call again at 2:45 p.m. stayed on hold for an hour and a half and still never spoke with anyone. Called again at 4:30 p.m. say don’t hold another two hours no one ever responded to my call. this last time I called again at 7 p.m. and I waited an hour on hold and never got to speak with anyone.
Suggested solution:
I will not be satisfied until I can speak with someone through customer service, get the fraud taken off of my card because I know it is a mistake, and close my account with this company and open up an account with another bank.
