My complaint:
Rude, very rude customer service agents. Wait times are unbelievably long. 5 calls and over 12 hours of hold time to resolve an issue. Screamed at by a Level 2 agent, without her even being logged into my account. By her own admission mind you. Funds were removed from my account even after I won the dispute I started. Three weeks later still no refund and have been told they have no idea why the money was removed. As of December 14th I still have had NO refund for my 487.37 that was taken.
