My complaint:

Money was stolen last night or yesterday sometime.I call direct express to report card activity for illegal use authorizing release of my money thru transaction.this was not authorization permitted by my usage. Therefore I need to redeem in protection securities policy for reimbursement for amount stolen from direct express card on 852021.need of attention follows the report by phone call . This call needs attention and was not well attentive to the reporting schedule in secure means. Suggested solution:

Reimbursing the sum of $264.72..I’m disabled American veteran 100% disability. I do not need the difficulties oustanding to my account for pay expect month 82021. This illegal authorized use of my account is a offset of my treasury. Look forward to discussing these problems to take of this transaction.
