My complaint:
My money deposits on the same day every month and every month the same type is charges are made on my account. Suddenly this month although my funds deposited like normal I cannot use my card at all. Or declines it every time . I have been trying for three days straight to get a live person on the phone to resolve this issue because I have bills to pay and I have yet to speak to a single person . I’ve held for hours upon hours with no resolution and quite frankly I am livid because now my family is going without because my card won’t work and the only people who can fix it will not let me speak to someone who can do anything about it. It is ridiculous that I have to go to these lengths to get a damn response
Suggested solution:
Don’t block someone’s card if you don’t have the manpower to answer calls
