My complaint:

I have been trying to get ahold of customer service for 7 days straight I let my phone stay on for 90 minutes at a time and nobody picks up I have a serious problem and I can’t get it taken care of My card has quit working and I need a new one

Suggested solution:

Maybe they could pick the damn phone up when it rains II have let my phone sit on hold for 90 minutes at a time for 7 days straight you're not telling me that someone couldn't have gotten to me in that time
