My complaint:
My vehicle was stolen June 22 2020 and my wallet was in my vehicle …My direct express was in my wallet,and my entire disability check July 3 2020 891.00 was drained off of my card,while I was on hold with direct express trying to cancel my card..I reported my card stolen,ordered a new card ,filed a complaint ,and did a transaction dispute on all the charges made ….I received a letter in aug 2020 from direct express saying they were investigating my transaction dispute,and if the investigation wasn’t complete in 10 days I would receive a refund of 790.00 to my direct express card,and I haven’t heard anything from them since,nor did I receive a refund …This isn’t the first incident I’ve had with direct express…I’m a single mother of 2 boys with autisum,and on mental disability myself struggling everyday to provide ,and I wont let this matter go unresolved this is a great deal of money to me
Suggested solution:
Refund my full amount of check 790.00 to my direct express card
