My complaint:

I called direct express to an order I didn’t order. They told me I had to file a dispute. Against the merchant after that they charged me $60 dollars and now I can not pay my water bill im on Ssi a fixed income

Suggested solution:

I would like to have my $60 dollars back so I can pay my water bill it's on the verge of being shut off
