My complaint:

My card was stolen I reported it to direct express now I have to send I n a form for provisional credit. I was in rhe hospital and quarantined for 2 weeks and when I got home my wallet had been stolen.i didnt give my card to anyone my pin was changed and all the money in my account was gone over $700.

Suggested solution:

I would hope to receive my money back from the person who took it after they changed my pin and and withdrew money multiple times went to a casino and all kinds of things but I know that isnt likely to happen so please dind out who did this and help me get my money back.
