My complaint:

2 withdrawals were taking out, total 286.00. 1 in November and 1 in December. Durect express denied my complaint. So now I’m 2 months behind on another bill. This is ridiculous. I hate direct express. If a person cls to verify fraudulent activity..automatically it should be taken care of. The process and the hours of waiting is pathetic

Suggested solution:

I want my refund now! Essentially these hard times with covid..I need every cent!
