My complaint:
Last month I filed a fraud report on my account it was almost $300 was spent in like eight transactions they said they were going to send me a form to fill out within 10 days so they’ll give me the money ahead of time until they investigate my case they never sent me the paper I requested another one they said my time was up so they didn’t give me any money up front and mean while I ordered a card to my house in Stanton it was stolen at the front door UPS never knocked I’m in a wheelchair and I live in a crazy apartment complex so I can’t leave the door open all day so I ordered another card that one was taken too so I they made me change my address to my mom’s house and so I could get my card and there’s no problem in this area it’s a lot nicer so I received my card and I called to activate it and they refuse to let me verify my account they wouldn’t take my phone number because it didn’t have my name on it mine got shut off because the person spent my money so I lost my phone number my email address they won’t accept it my phone now my boyfriend bought for me so it’s under his name they my housing representative sent them my driver’s license and my birth certificate and my social security card because my wallet was filled in in all that was taken for me so that’s the only verification I could get my housing representative faxed them my birth certificate my social security card and my driver’s license a copy they won’t accept it because they want front and back of my social security card my birth certificate and my driver’s license I’ve never heard of that front and back they refuse to give me my money and my rent is due on the 1st I live in an apartment by myself I’m on housing and I need to get my driver’s license and my social security card and I can’t get any of them without an ID or social security card or birth certificate can you please help me I don’t know what to do it’s so frustrating because I’ve used all the verification I’ve always used and now they won’t give me my money my name is Christine p
Suggested solution:
Be reasonable let me verify my self with what I've always used I gave them social security picture of my social security card my birth certificate and my driver's license and still they went front and back I don't have front and back and I can't get around I'm in a wheelchair I just want my money I need to pay my bills
