My complaint:
I went out of town direct express took upon themselves to lock my account now I can’t access my own money I was almost stranded in another state I need my card unlocked
Suggested solution:
Unlock my card and next time find out if it's really fraud we my account was hacked direct express did absolutely nothing now I'm using my own money and you lock my card I want my card unlocked I need food in my house
