My complaint:
I have sent my id and birth certificate and id and social security card several timess and they always denied it.i even have been to the social security office for time so they can verify id and they do and then you get a call and direct express still says can’t verify id that’s bull shit I need my money I don’t have any food and am homeless because the my won’t give me my money
Suggested solution:
They should unlock my card and give me my money I have done everything they asked.
