My complaint:

THE SITE HAS BEEN DOWN ALL DAY, NO RETURN PHONE CALL AND MY DIRECT EXPRESS DEBIT CARD DOES NOT WORK AT ALL. I NEED THAT DEBIT CARD CORRECTED AND ACTIVATED RIGHT NOW. YOU ARE HOLDING MY MONEY FOR ZERO REASONS, PLEASE ACTIVATE IT IMMEDIATELY. KENNETH R MAYER CARD NUMBER 5332480184550077 EXP. 08/31/2028. hOW THE HELL DID THIS PROGRAMMING BLUNDER GET INTO PRODUCTION? DON’T YOU HAVE A SOFTWARE QUALITY ASSURANCE DEPT? IF NOT, YOU ARE IN DESPERATE NEED OF ONE, THIS ENORMOUS ERROR SHOULD NEVER, EVER HAPPEN. I WAS A SYSTEMS ANALYST FOR 30 YEARS. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND SOMEBODY(S) NEED THEIR EMPLOYMENT TERMINATED, NOT JUST AN ERROR-THIS IS CATASTROPHIC FOR OLD PEOPLE. SHAME ON DIRECT EXPRESS!!! FIRE THAT DAMN SLOPPY PROGRAMMER, YOU DEFINITELY DON’T NEED OR WANT TO TRUST HIM EVER AGAIN.

MANUALLY ACTIVATE MY CARD---AND DO NOT 'TEXT' ME. GET OFF YOUR BUTT AND USE A FOOLPROOF METHOD OF COMMUNICATION, AN EMAIL, SINCE 100% OF YOUR USERS HAVE AN EMAIL ADDRESS. MAN, TALK ABOUT 'THICK AS A BRICK', A MOBILE DEVICE IS A LUXURY ITEM, BUT HARDLY MANDATORY . QUIT TRYING TO BE 'COOL' AND 'WITH IT', IF IT (EMAILS) WORK, DON'T FIX IT. OBVIOUSLY, SOFTWARE CHANGES ARE NOT YOUR 'STRONG SUIT'.
