My complaint:

I had lost my wallet and called the company. They sent me a new card with no fees because it was my first replacement. The card they sent was defective. They admitted it was defective and sent me a new card with expedite. I was told they would wave the fees because it was their fault. They have charged me a 4 dollar card replacement fee and a 13.50 expedite fee . taking my account to a negative balance

Suggested solution:

They should refund the 17.50 to my account since the card they sent was defective and it is clearly their fault.
