My complaint:

My father passed away in February 2023, and I’ve talked to 4 to 5 representatives over the phone in regards to my Father’s account. I’ve sent all documents requested to only receive emails with multiple ation numbers. No one has contacted me as of yet. No courtesy emails, or phone calls acknowledging that they’re working on my fathers affairs. I really feel this is a disgusting situation to deal while dealing with grief of your love one.

Suggested solution:

To resolve this issue hassle free.. I wouldn't give them any stars
