My complaint:

well as you may know direct express has the worst customer service ever. I recently ordered a new card and tried to call back to get a tracking number my social security would not go through to speak with someone. So I had to put im any number to get through and was on hold for 4 hours it hung up on me. So I called the complaint line and they told me I should have my card today 020921. I called ups and they said the card was never shipped at all so I need to call direct express back so they can clear this up. When I called back it still wouldn’t accept my social which is strange this never happened to me until I ordered a new card… so again I had to push numbers just to get through. Finally got through aft we 2 and a half hours… I had another credit card shipped out only to be charged again!!!! When she told me that I wouldn’t!!! On top of that I ask her why I could put im my social security number she hung up on me!!! I’m scared I won’t receive my card I have bills and babies to take care of!

Suggested solution:

I want a refund on shipping fees and I would like to speak to corporate please.They got a lot of complaints about scamming and people out of money please!!!!
