Direct Express complaint: Will not release my funds on my closed account

My complaint:

My SSI check was deposited on to my debit card that had already been closed. And after talking to several of your representatives I was still at the beginning of my problem so now I’m asking once again how to I get ny money. One representative said she was going to order me a new card and that I would have in 3 days for a small charge of 17 or 18 dollars. Well I never got the card so I called back and this time was told ssi would have to request the money back. SSI informed me that your department would have to send money back to SSI so now keep in mind (all my business is at a stand still ) I get one check a month and two agencies that I grew to trust with my money has let me down. So what do I need to do to get my money. And I’m filling a complaint with the OCC for Deceptive Practice on your bank as well as SSI Administration if we can’t come up with a solution to this very easy-to-correct situation.

Q Why can’t we reopen my account or better yet just send myyyyyyMoney back to SSI

Send My Money Back to SSI or better yet. JUST REACTIVATE MY DEBIT CARD. AFTER ALL ITS MY MONEY AND I WANT IT NOW!!!
